High School/Middle School yearbook

We are excited to bring you the first ever spring delivery yearbook for HGBCS. The 2008-2009 yearbooks will be delivered in May. In order to meet this deadline, yearbook sales will begin October 29th and run through December 1st. All yearbook orders can be made online or by phone by following the instructions listed below. We are no longer accepting photo submissions for the following: Summer, Hobbies, Friends, Jobs, senior baby pictures, Lifers, Senior Portraits, fall sports.

We still will be accepting: Winter sports, field trip pictures, Candid pictures of students with classmates of same grade level. 

Awesome Photos: If you have great photos of anything school or sports related that you think we might be able to use we would love to see them.

How do I submit my photos?
There are a couple of ways you can submit. All submissions should be in an enveloped marked to the Yearbook staff or Mr. Adams and turned in to the office. Please be sure to have any information about the submission that the staff would need what it is for and whom the photo is of.  If it is a summer picture where it was taken and why you were there.

• CD you can burn a CD and send it to any School office marked for the yearbook staff.
• Photo Hard copy: If you have printed photos send them in an envelope marked to the yearbook staff or Mr. Adams. Photos will be scanned in and returned.

Email: You can email them to smitha@hgbcs.org the files need to be a decent size, 2 or 3 megabyte files will reproduce well anything smaller may not work. Please limit the amount of files you email to only a few at a time.
